This Refund Policy explains refunds and cancellations for paid Maker Mockup plans purchased through makermockup.com. It applies together with our Terms and Conditions.
14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-calendar-day money-back guarantee on the first payment for a new paid subscription. If you are not satisfied, email [email protected] within 14 calendar days of that initial charge and request a refund. This guarantee applies to the initial charge for a monthly or annual subscription.
To help us locate the transaction, include the email address on your Maker Mockup account, the plan name, the charge date, and an order or transaction reference if available. Do not email full payment-card numbers or security codes.
How refunds are processed
For a request made within the 14-day guarantee period, we will verify the transaction and refund the eligible initial subscription charge to the original payment method. Other refund requests are handled as required by applicable law. Your bank or payment provider controls how quickly the credit appears. We may contact you if we need information to identify the purchase.
Renewals and cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time using the cancellation method provided in your account or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation prevents future renewals; unless applicable law requires otherwise, it does not automatically refund the current billing term. The voluntary 14-day guarantee above applies to the first subscription payment, not later renewal charges. This does not affect any refund or cancellation right required by law.
Consumer rights and statutory refunds
This voluntary guarantee is additional to—not a replacement for—any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights that apply to you. If the law where you live provides a longer period or different remedy, that law applies. For example, eligible distance purchases in Brazil may carry statutory withdrawal rights under Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. Nothing in this Policy is intended to waive or restrict a right that cannot legally be waived.
