As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this when purchasing any item on our site. Please note that our bonuses are offered on behalf of our respected partners and do not constitute grounds for a refund or chargeback.
However, we recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise regarding the nature of the product we provide.
Therefore, we honor refund requests for the following reasons:
- Non-delivery of the product: due to mail-matching issues with your email provider or your own email server, you may not receive a delivery email from us. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims of non-delivery must be submitted to our billing department in writing within 14 days of the order date. Otherwise, the product will be considered received and downloaded.
- Major defects: although all products are tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be reported directly to our email. The supplier is allowed to fix the error or defect within 72 hours. If a defect is verified and the supplier is unable to fix it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint or any other notification provided by a customer, a full refund will be issued, or an alternative option such as product replacement or a store credit will be offered. Please note that temporary access to your server may be requested by the supplier to identify and fix an issue. Failure to provide such access in a timely manner may result in a delayed resolution of the issue.
- Product not as described: such issues must be reported to our email within 14 days of the purchase date. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as described on the product description page. Claims based solely on the customer's false expectations or wishes will not be honored.
Please note that we do not assume any responsibility and therefore do not honor any refund, return, or exchange of orders based on the incompatibility of our products with any third-party software (plugins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions, etc.) other than those specified as compatible in the description available on each product's page.
